We are a family run business with 20 years experience. My wife and I along with our 3 son's run the business and do the slaughtering, cutting and wrapping. Our son's have been helping with the daily chores since they were 5 years old, so they come by it naturally.

We have been farming and raising our own animals for a long time so we know how hard it is to raise animals and therefore take a lot of pride in cutting and packaging your meat. Our family is originally from Gorham, ME so we have a lot of local ties in Maine and New Hampshire. 

With our recently built new facility we are able to accommodate more clients at a time. We are a Federally Inspected Plant for processing and smoking beef,pork,goat,sheep and buffalo. We also process chickens and turkeys and are planning on becoming Federally Inspected for Poultry this summer.

Our customers aren't just customers, they are family to us and we value your business and opinions. We are very honest and do our best to provide you with a great product. You can rest assured that your animals will be treated with respect and that the meat you are getting back is "yours".

Our family wants to thank everyone for their concerns and patronage while we rebuilt after the terrible fire that ravished our facility. It means so much to us!
